• As El Diablo says, “Risa es la vide.” My inner-gringo relied on Google translator to tell me this means “laughter is life.” But for all I know, it I am communicating that “the goat is sexy.” I sincerely hope not, but hey you never know.
Yep, this is what stock photography people look like when they laugh. As you may imagine, my budget is small.
  • Laughter has always been my go-to antidote for the day’s stresses. Not only is laughter good for the soul, and I believe the world would be a better place if we could all take a step back and laugh at ourselves rather than immediately jumping to being offended. About absolutely everything.
  • I find that laughter serves as my fuel. Whether good or bad, somehow I could probably find humor in just about everything. That line includes myself. I believe if you can recognize the humor in your own life, it humbles you and serves as point of relatability, and often allows others to put their guard down and perhaps realize the humor in their own situation.
Here is what real people look like. El Diablo is absent due to protest.
  • I draw inspiration from the world around me, and the pure madness I either endure or witness on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes life is uncomfortable to witness, but I am to keep life real, find the laughter in the mishaps, and the positive outcome that often is rooted in calamity. It should come as no surprise that the stories that manifest themselves as my screenplays are aimed to spark laughter from these life situations.… and let’s be honest, at times make you question if it is OK to be laughing.
